Due to Coronavirus we have taken the sad and disappointing decision to cancel this year's Day of Dance. This event is a highlight on the Bakewell calendar and also for the many dancers that help to make the day such a success, but we promise to make every effort to be back for 2021! We were ready with a great programme, with 26 wonderful dance groups already confirmed, and hope they can all make it next year to wow us once again on the streets of Bakewell.

Stay safe everyone and keeeeeeep dancing!

Held on the same day as the Farmers Market and with local well dressings on show, it is a day out not to miss, so join the several thousand people who travel from  around the country to enjoy the dancing, colour and fun.
